Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our product, all sales are final.

All purchases are for local pick-up only at the location, date and time you selected during checkout.  Address will be provided in a separate email reminder along with socially-distancing procedures no less than 2 days prior to your scheduled pick-up.  

Items not picked up during your selected window will be left on the porch for 24  hours.  The Cookie Momster cannot be responsible for any missing or damaged items that may occur during this time as they are exposed to weather, critters and other elements.  After 24 hours, your items will be donated to a local charity of my choice.  

Please inspect your order upon pick-up.  While extreme care is taken to carefully protect your delicate cookies, we cannot be responsible for any damaged or missing items once they have left our possession.
